| How do I purchase a product? |
| To start searching for a product first use our "Browse Products" option which sits on the left-hand side of the page. Here you will find a list of all our departments. Choose the department which best decribes your product (eg, Books & Magazines), and then simply choose your favourite retailer. |

| What do I do once I get to the retailer site? |
| If you have clicked on a store or image another window will open and you will be taken to the retailer site. Once you are at the retailer site you can choose to purchase your product or search for similar products. You have not purchased the product until you have filled out the billing and shipping information on the retailer's site. |
| The retailer site from whom you purchased is now responsible for fulfilling your order, delivering the product to you, providing you with a secure server on which to purchase your product and honouring contract and privacy policies. Note that when you are purchasing a product you are purchasing from the retailer, not ozeworld. |
| Once you have finished browsing through the retailer's products, you can return to OzeWorld at any time by closing the retailer site's window. |

| What are your Terms and Conditions? |
| OzeWorld is not liable for the retailer's prices or price changes, their action or information. The retailer is solely responsible for the information provided by you for the transaction, the transaction wholly and any other act that happens on the retailers site. Once you leave the OzeWorld site you are under the terms and conditions of the retailer site. OzeWorld acts as a passive conduit for your online purchases. |
